That's fine for what you'll be using it for, but lol at your comparison between an i7 and that pentium D just because it's clocked a little higher doesn't mean it doesn't get smoked 3-4x over. It's all about the micro architecture. If you only look at clock speed you'll be wasting a lot of money.
