Could my house be haunted?

okay so when me and my family moved into my house, it was brand new and built just for us, so there have been no deaths or anything.. But i am extremely freaked out. I always hear noises and creaks and i feel like i am ALWAYS seeing stuff and like i always see things move super quick out of the corner of my eye and i hear super loud bangs downstairs in the basement, and when i go to check it out, theres nothing. So the past month things have started to get really weird. about a week ago i was out side by our pool, when i came back in i smelled something burning. i went into the kitchen and somehow the toaster had been turned on when i was the only one home and there was a plastic thing right nest to it that was almost on fire. it gets weirder. Today i was taking a nap on the coach and i woke up to what seemed to be like a crackling fire. i stood up and the bathroom was illuminated orange. i walked right infront of the bathroom and the light bulb was on fire.. immediately when i began walking into the bathroom in suddenly stopped. i was maybe a foot into it when it stopped. i hadn't touched anything yet my hands were still covered in black. could this be a possible haunting??
