Do women in army basic training have bathroom stalls and shower stalls?

im leaving for basic training in august to fort jackson and i know that men have open toilets, but do women since they have their time of the month and need to change and everyone will know when u r pooping? and also do the showers have any privacy, im not comfortable naked like that.
