Why do Right wingers like Ann Coulter believe that Radiation is good for you?

Watched Bill O'Reilly did we? While I didn't agree with every thing Ann said, her point about SOME radiation is good for you is a point well taken. Or perhaps, you want to watch people suffer with cancer.
