There was no privacy at all. Is this weird?

I went to the bathroom yesterday at the movies and they had about 30 urinals but none had that privacy block/bar thing. I didn't want people looking down there do I used my fly. I felt weird. What should I do? Why don't bathrooms have more privacy! Guys I need help....
