How do I take screen videos on my laptop?

Look, the question is self explanatory. But how do I take screen videos on my laptop, without using a program like cyberlink youcam? I don't care if I have to download the program, as long as it's free and works properly-(like doesn't have a cut down for not being a premium member). Although, if there is an alternative such as a program already installed on the laptop, i'll be overjoyed. However, I do have Windows 7 home premium if that helps... :P Thanks guys!
