I'm looking to minimize my taxes. Where can I get US tax advise overseas?

There was a site that my gf from Arizona once used (she was real estate agent) and had tax problems including overseas (Ireland) issues. They deal with state tax problems, payroll tax problems, sales tax problems, overseas tax issues and penalty reduction etc
