My DivX Player won't load + can't hear anything?

I'll take it from the start then. I downloaded a movie through UTorrent and that all worked great. With the download I also got a sample for some reason as well, anyway when I was so overjoyed trying to wait for the movie to load, it wouldn't do a crap. I can scroll through the movie by the bar thingy but I can't play the movie at all. I also said I got a sample of the movie as well and when I play this it actually works and I have to say that quality fudging kicks ***! But of course the audio doesn't work there either. So if you've bothered reading this far then perhaps you have any tips for me? =)
