My heart feels amazing when I think of him?

Whenever I think of a hot guy (in my opinion) my heart just feels overjoyed but then I start to cry because of it, I think. And I'll just sit there and bawl my eyes out for like 2 hours strait but then I'll feel overjoyed again. I know this is probably just hormons or PMSing or whatever you want to call it for teen years, but does anyone feel in love then start to cry for the same feeling?
