Toaster oven good for toasting subs?

I think you might find if you want to open a shop, your regular old countertop toaster ovens may not last over time (this is much more use than you would expect from a home appliance) and may not work fast enough to manage your lunch rush. I would get the shop off the ground first then get a commercial toaster oven as one of your first upgrades to the business.
