How do I pick up a toaster that's like on fire?

So like, my toaster is on fire and I've like left it on my kitchen floor, waiting for the fire to like go out. But it hasn't, so someone told me to like pick it up and throw it in the bin. I've just like had my nails done and apparently if you like touch a fire it really hurts.. I think the fire looks pretty but I have to like get rid of it or it might kill me.. like when I tried killing myself before. I tried like hanging myself once, but I had to like put the rope around my waist because like when I put it around my neck I started like choking and it really hurt. But how do I like pick up my tooaster?
